1. Who we are

Arena24 ("we", "us") operates the Arena24 mobile app, website and club back-office. You can reach us at hello@arena24.com.

2. Who can use Arena24

Arena24 is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

You agree to give accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Fair play and respect

Arena24 only works if people treat each other well. You agree not to harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or endanger other people, on the platform or at the real-world activities you arrange through it.

Show up when you say you will, or cancel in good time. Repeated no-shows and abusive behaviour can limit your account.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you post (for example Arena Moments). You grant us a licence to host and display it inside Arena24 so the feature works.

Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

5. Games, venues and bookings

Games are organised by users. We are not a party to your games and we don't guarantee that other players will attend or behave.

When you book a venue or pitch through Arena24, the booking and any payment terms are between you and the venue operator. We provide the tools; the venue runs the booking.

6. Safety and moderation

You can report or block any user. Reports go to our safety team for review. We may warn, limit, suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk.

Safety tools are never placed behind a paywall.

7. Real-world activities — your responsibility

Sport and outdoor activities carry real risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, fitness, equipment and insurance.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from activities you arrange or attend through Arena24, or from the conduct of other users or venues.

8. Changes and ending your account

You can stop using Arena24 and delete your account at any time from the app. We may update these Terms; if a change is significant we will ask you to review it before you continue.

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law. Questions: hello@arena24.com.
